Megan Davis launched Metanoia Strong to help women achieve their own metanoia through fitness. She is passionate about helping clients become the best versions of themselves through proper diet and exercise and mental gains.
My name is Raisa Anthony, I am the Head Assistant Coach and dietitian who oversees client and coach communications across our team. With a background in nutrition, I am the go-to expert for all things nutrition and women's health related!
“Over the last 5 months, I have watched my body and mind completely transform in ways I didn’t know possible. Before joining Metanoia, I had a horrible relationship with food and have seen both ends of the spectrum when it comes to eating disorders. I hated how I looked, how I felt physically and mentally, and knew I needed to make changes to be the best wife and mom I could be - but most importantly for myself. Now, I have learned to love and appreciate all that my body has done, is doing, and will do, I have a healthier relationship with food, and I no longer see the gym as punishment. I’ve learned to push myself in ways I knew would make me comfortable but I’m turn, have made me stronger and happier. I still have a ways to go on my journey, but without Metanoia and my coach I would still be sitting at the start line wondering what to do and how to do. I’ll never be able to find the right words to say thank you to my coaches for their patience, support, expertise, and knowledge.”
