A woman on a mission to shine light and guide women to love themselves.
Megan has spent years creating content on Instagram to shine light on the BS in the fitness industry that preys on women's insecurities.
With sharing her own story on battling body image issues, food, and hormones imbalances.
She has worked alongside women for years transforming them physically and mentally but she knew this mission was far bigger than just her.
In July of 2019, Megan launched Metanoia Strong.
Bringing in leading health experts in exercise and nutrition as well as bringing in a strong focus to not only a women's physical goals but her overall health.
Her goal while working with any client is to help them break through their own barriers and bad habits to step into their power and become their best selves.

Our hormone healing wizard and registered dietitian with a background in nutrition, Raisa
